need

• bathroom not a tiny death cube where you open the door and it wangs into the toilet
• shower has decent hot water pressure and I can attach my own hose/head thing if not already included (I got an adapter for the most common euro size)
• a door between sleeping space and door to the outside. don't need a fancy room/fancy hallway, the door of separation is what matters
• doesn't have only stairs. a few stairs up to a door is fine, I don't need wheelchair ramp. but I need an elevator if on the third floor or something

nice

• bathtub/shower that would be easy to sit down in
• electric or induction burnery stove, no gas
• okay with my hooking up one of those portable washer things? are those really a thing? I'd assume so but yeah
• microwave, don't judge me
• wood or tile or other non carpet floors, much better for allergies (new carpet might be a dealbreaker depending on how new, I'm hypersensitive like that 🙃)
• good blinds or shades or curtains on windows for bright light, good seal on them for during mold season
• building has been taken over by anarchists

oh no (AVOID)

• Toilet right by the shower ewwwWWWw the poop vapor-
• Furnished. cost, plus oh no someone else was touching everything leftover OCD patterns in brain go AAAAAA
• gas oven where you have open flamey or pilot light, I wobble and have ADHD, ends badly
• artifical scented stuff used in lobby/hallways (I've had an asthma attack from those damned glade plug-ins, even short exposure makes me siiiiick)
• people upstairs who have taken up tapdancing
